I’ve decided I am not going to seek reelection to the St Albans Town Selectboard in 2022. I’m incredibly grateful for the last two years and proud of the work that the Selectboard has accomplished and kickstarted, even with the pandemic impacting all our lives so significantly.

I got involved with the Town because I wanted to contribute to the long-term sustainability of the Town for all its residents. The work of ensuring Town services and future development are inclusive, sustainability-minded and affordable for all is going to require many voices, over many years. I hope that if you’re reading this you’ll consider adding your voice to the Town’s future by running for Selectboard, joining another Town committee, or attending public meetings to ask questions and share your thoughts. If the pandemic has taught us anything, it’s that we’re stronger when we work together.

Thank you for the opportunity to represent you and help our town meet the challenges of the last two years. Additionally, thank you to everyone who wrote me emails or talked to me about issues they were passionate about; I learned a lot by listening to you and I hope you felt heard.
